REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
We stock over 5000 Frames and the rest we procure for you on an as need basis. We offer you the Greatest Price available on the internet anywhere. If you find a lower price, simply let us know and we will tell you if we can match it or not.
If we are required to special order your frames and they are not in stock, they are not returnable.
Returns are accepted on unopen/unused Costa Del Mar Frames only. Items must be returned within 2 days of delivery. If the item has been used or damaged in any way, we will not accept the return.
You will be charged a 10% restocking fee, plus shipping charges for all returns.
Note: We have been having a lot of customers buy eyewear from us and then try to return old or used merchandise that we did not sell them. We recently changed our policy to reflect this. We are sorry, but we are selling our eyewear at such low prices, we cannot afford to lose money on our sales. Thanks for your understanding on this matter.
SHIPPING & STOCK ITEMS
We ship sunglasses to virtually any address in the world. We are truly Global. We know that you want your order to arrive as soon as possible. That is why we expedite all orders - large and small.
New orders are processed through 2 PM EST (US Eastern Standard Time). Orders submitted after 2 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
Normal order processing time is 1-3 business days.
Orders that are placed before 1:30 PM EST will begin processing the same day, if your order has been placed after 1:30 PM EST it will be processed the following business day. Unless its a holiday or weekend.

Q. What do I do if a product arrives damaged?
If an item is damaged enroute, contact us immediately. We'll investigate the cause and work with you to resolve the issue. After 7-days of the delivery date, we do not accept responsibility for damages. If you have questions about your order, call us at 1.877.692.9125 Monday-Friday 8AM-9PM EST; Saturday, 10AM-5PM EST, Sunday 1PM-5PM EST.
Check your order as soon as it arrives to ensure your order is complete. If your order is incorrect or an item is missing, contact us within 3 days of receiving the shipment.

Q. Can my order be shipped to a P.O. Box?
APO/FPO orders, which use USPS, may be shipped to a P.O. Box.
Q. What is the delivery time to an APO/FPO address?
The delivery time to an APO/FPO address is 7-10 business days.
Q. How much do you charge for shipping?
Standard delivery is free!, If you return your glasses, the shipping charge will be deducted from the return, plus 10% restock fee.
Q. Can I re-route a shipped package to another address?
For security reasons, we're unable to redirect a shipped package. If our shipper is unable to deliver the package to the address you provided, the parcel will be returned to our fulfillment center and processed as a return.
Q. Can my order be delivered to Canada?
Yes, we do ship to Canada. Simply select Canadian Shipping at the Checkout drop down box.

If you need to ship to multiple addresses, you'll must place an individual order for each address.
